•Do I need to make an appointment or can I just drop-off my paperwork?

We are no longer accepting drop-offs. Therefore, we are required by law to have you present in order to have your taxes prepared.

•How much will it cost to prepare my taxes?

Prices will vary depending on the schedules filed.

•Does Zamora-Services offer electronic filing?

Yes. We are pleased to be offering E-filing, your tax return will be directly sent to the IRS.

•What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash or check for payment also Credit cards and debit cards are accepted.

•How can I check on the status of my refund check(s)?

To check on the status of your Federal refund check, you can call 1-800-829-1040 or go to irs.gov and click on the "where's my refund?" icon.
